With a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Urban Design from the University of Southern California, Bea is uniquely qualified to advise her clients in the development potential of a property.  Her knowledge of the latest trends in architectural design, home improvements, and current buyer preferences allows her to identify salient points that her clients may not consider otherwise.  As a 28-year Los Altos resident and volunteer with two sons educated in local schools, Bea has a wealth of knowledge about real estate, education, and sports in communities up and down the Peninsula.
